TLDR: Excellent after sales service aside, Max’s professionalism and expertise in frame alignment is hard to match. I was this close to boycotting Lenskart after my horrible experience at the Nex branch but Max turned it all around. In short, NOT ALL LENSKART BRANCHES ARE MADE EQUAL! Go to PS, ask for Max and you wouldn’t regret. I will certainly only patronise the PS branch from now on for any spectacles purchases.
I visited the PS branch on Thursday, 16 March, in hopes of getting my two pairs of newly purchased Lenskart spectacles aligned after three failed attempts by the opticians at the Nex branch to get it done properly. Honestly, after the horrible experiences (I went back on 3 different occasions, more on that below) I’ve had at the Nex branch, I wasn’t expecting much and thought of resigning to wearing uncomfortable and clearly slanted spectacles. Lucky for me, Max attended to me at the PS branch and with his expert skills, he aligned my frames perfectly in less than 5 minutes, without even requiring me to tell him where the issues were! I was in awe of his professional skills especially since the opticians at the Nex branch took 30 mins to an hour, on three separate occasions and they still didn’t manage to get my frames aligned. I’m so thankful to have met Max, and his service attitude was excellent even though the spectacles were not purchased from his branch, and even telling me to feel free to visit him again should I have any issues with the spectacles. Lenskart is fortunate to have an employee like Max, if not, given my experience at the Nex branch, I was never going to purchase my spectacles from Lenskart again. Thanks Max for the excellent work!
